Spring arrives after Chinese New Year. After having too many heavy feasts in this half-month long holiday, people tend to have more vegetable, in light seasoning. Though it would still cold at the beginning of Spring, it gradually turns warmer and becomes rainy, especially in Southeast China. There are more and more tender leafy seasonal vegetable in the market. Here are some of the suggestions of vegetarian Chinese dish or Asian dish in Spring.
