Dumplings with Pork and Chinese Chive Filling, and Dumplings with Beef and Onion Filling
It is stifling today and I really don’t want a proper rice dinner! I wanted to have dumplings badly. It was late so I bought dumplings wraps in supermarket. There are two fillings I prepared, typical pork and Chinese chive, beef and onion.
Since there’s no need to make dumpling wraps it was very fast to finish wrapping. And I am not trying to wrap them beautifully, soup dumplings needn’t be in neat shape. Dipped in good garlicky aged vinegar, such a perfect summer night dinner.
I have made about sixty and the leftover would be stored in freezer.
